After completing the sunset system of Bungie Destiny 2's, the studios are actively bringing after sunset gear for players to earn again. The Splicker season brought back the weapons of several teams, playing with the worth of Last City teams in a statement around the Continuous Knight.
A refreshing weapon like these places is that many senior players in these positions need to be given reasons to review. There is no reason to go far the moon or Dreaming City far the need for exploration which, at this point, is probably too short and too far for many players. By reclaiming these sunset weapons, players have reason to land whatever goddamn weapon they were looking for to run some lost sector on the moon or explore Dreaming City's Blind Well.
Gear refresh also comes at a good time, as summer is generally regarded as the quiet time of Destiny 2, with active players looking out for news about the upcoming expansion should be the most sought after season of Heroes seasonal events and may be an odd surprise. Refreshing Moon and Dreaming City not only helps these locations, the game as a whole gives players reason to log in and stay thin. But the bungie hasn’t been done yet, as more sunset arms are being brought behind and are clean with the next planned update in July.
Bungie spoke of refreshing the arms at his Bungie post last week. Cozmo, the community manager, said the next planned Destiny 2 update would be dropped on July 6 and would bring Moon and Dreaming City's location weapons back to the loot pool. They will also get a park refresh once the arms are freed quickly with the available pool.
