Here are THREE ways to take a full screen screenshot in Windows 10:

1. Press Windows Key + Print Screen.

2. Explorer (Windows Key + E) and click Images in the left panel now go to the Picture Library on your computer.

3. Now, Open the screenshots folder to find your screenshot saved here with the name Screenshot Number.



Another STEPS:

1. Press (Windows Key + Shift + S)

2. click Images in the left panel on notification and save that screenshot.


Now, You can save that anywhere you wants.


How to take a screenshot of the present window only

If you want to take a screenshot of an application or window, follow these steps:


1. Click on the application you want to take a screenshot of. Make sure it's at the front and not behind other open apps.

2. Press Alt + Print screen.

3. Open MS Paint

4. Press Ctrl + v.

5. This will paste the screenshot of the window opened in Paint. You can save the screenshot as you like.

You use the Windows Snipping tool here. Follow these steps to take a screenshot of part of the screen in Windows 10:


1. Open the snipping tool. This is under Start Menu> All Programs> Accessories. You can also open the Start menu and easily use the search box to find it.

2. Now click the down arrow next to New.

3. Select rectangular snippet or free-form snippet. The former lets you capture a rectangular screenshot and the latter lets you draw a shape on the screen and take a screenshot of that part.

Once this is done, you can use the snipping tool to annotate the screenshot if necessary and save it to your PC.
